CBD can inhibit inflammatory and neuropathic discomfort. Given there is an inflammatory response from exercise, lowering the response in whatever way we have available can only be of benefit to recovery and possibly even injury prevention.
At 5% concentration and a 15mg dose the overall quantity of CBD oil is higher than much of the competition. If nothing else, I’m an advocate of using the product as a relaxation aid.

We use Amma Life 5% oil. Their legally grown plant is grown organically and outdoors in the EU (Germany & Spain) without the use of pesticides. They use the whole plant containing the full spectrum of compounds.
