REDEEM YOUR POINTS FOR ONE-OFF ORDERS AT CHECKOUT

1. Eligibility: The Refer-a-Friend scheme is open to all our customers. To be eligible for the scheme, the referred friend must be a new customer and not linked to the same household as the referrer or the order will be cancelled.
2. Referral Rewards: The referred friend will also receive a £10 discount voucher for their first purchase. The referrer will receive a £10 of points for each friend they refer who makes a qualifying purchase.
3. Redeeming Vouchers: Vouchers are redeemable against future purchases and cannot be used on the same order in which they were awarded. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
4. Limitations on Use: Each voucher can only be used once and for one purchase only. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
5. Abuse of the Scheme: Misuse of the Refer-a-Friend scheme, such as referring oneself or people living at the same address, may lead to the cancellation of referral vouchers and/or the suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the validity of referrals.
6. Changes to the Scheme: We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Refer-a-Friend scheme at any time for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to, changing the amount of the rewards or the conditions for earning rewards.
7. Disputes: Any disputes arising from or related to the Refer-a-Friend scheme will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
