There is no strict order - regular intake throughout the day is the most important thing. Try to have your first protein smoothie at breakfast time to start the day with a protein and fibre boost, then space your remaining drinks every 2-4 hours. Have your cold pressed juice in the afternoon, and avoid caffeine-based drinks after 4pm if caffeine affects your sleep.
