As time is finite effective strategies and careful planning are needed to get the most out of training. For maximum efficiency in the gym (particularly important when clients are paying for the session) I always recommend a pre-workout or at the minimum a strong coffee.

Many pre-workouts taste artificial and synthetic. Whilst the caffeine content in coffee varies between blends and coffee types. Firestarter does exactly what you expect it to - it gets you fired up. 150mg of caffeine takes care of that. Best of all its entirely natural and tastes as good as you would expect blended with black cherry, ginger and lime.

What the science says

Coffee, when consumed in moderation, has demonstrated protection against conditions such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease and depression1.

In addition to this, caffeine has been shown to boost physical performance. The literature suggests that moderate caffeine intake could lead to performance benefits across a range of sports to include endurance events and high-intensity activity2.

Other cognitive markers such as alertness, vigilance, attention and reaction time can be improved with a moderate intake of caffeine3.

This product is high in Vitamin C, known to help to activate enzymes, reduce oxidative stress, promote immune function and reduce tiredness and fatigue4,5.

Research suggests vitamin C can also protect against respiratory tract infections and reduce the risk for cardiovascular disease and some cancers 4.

Firestarter provides 99% of your daily required intake of Vitamin C per serving. Vitamin C contributes to energy-yielding metabolism and also normal psychological function. It also provides 158% of your daily intake of Vitamin A. Vitamin contributes to normal function of the immune system.
