I'd like vegan protein but also Nip and Tuck collagen juice. Is that possible?

Yes. Just add a note at checkout requesting Nip and Tuck alongside your vegan protein smoothies and we will include it. Nip and Tuck contains marine collagen so it is not vegan, but we are happy to mix it into a vegan protein plan if that is what you would like.

What order should I drink the drinks in?

There is no strict order - regular intake throughout the day is the most important thing. Try to have your first protein smoothie at breakfast time to start the day with a protein and fibre boost, then space your remaining drinks every 2-4 hours. This helps keep blood sugar levels steady and makes it easier to meet your daily nutrition goals.
