September has been peak madness energy. From fuelling NFL stars to METRIX mayhem, bringing back BASIC WITCH and celebrating 1,000 consecutive days of running – we've been busy making moves whilst you've been smashing the last of summer.
Now October's here and we're not slowing down. But first, let's celebrate what just happened.
NFL Takeover: Elite Sport Meets Elite Fuel
September kicked off with us landing on the biggest stage in sport. Three NFL teams touched down in London for the International Series, and we delivered the full EXALT treatment.
Over 5,000 drinks. Bespoke recipes tailored to each team's performance needs. Custom co-branded labels. Ice-cold precision delivery straight to their training facilities.
This wasn't just about fuelling elite athletes (though that's exactly what we did). It was about proving that fresh, functional nutrition can meet the demands of the world's biggest sporting event. METRIX London: 20 Athletes, Thousands of You, Pure Energy
On Sunday 28th September, we took over Magazine London for METRIX 2025 – one of the toughest functional fitness competitions in the game.
20 EXALT Athletes stepped onto the floor and absolutely smashed it. Meanwhile, the rest of you joined us at our stand for non-stop sampling, SkiErg challenges, and the kind of energy that makes these events legendary.
The stand was buzzing all day. The SkiErg challenge had crowds competing for bragging rights. And watching so many of you repping EXALT in competition? That hit different.
Even our own crew got stuck in. Founder Dan and Head of Partnerships Ian battled it out side by side, taking on the workouts right to the very end. That's the EXALT way – we don't just watch from the sidelines.

BASIC WITCH Returns: Your Autumn Icon Is Back
She's back. Our seasonal queen BASIC WITCH made her comeback this September and the response has been absolutely massive.

1,000 Days of Madness: Zero Rest Days, One Legend
On Friday 26th September, we celebrated something truly special.
Ian, our Head of Wholesale and Partnerships, hit 1,000 consecutive days of running at least 5km. Every. Single. Day. No exceptions. No excuses.
To mark the occasion, over 50 runners from the EXALT community laced up and joined him for a 5km celebration run through London. The energy was incredible – friends, family, athletes, and the wider EXALT crew all coming together for a proper milestone moment.
The run finished at 24n Fitness, where everyone recovered together with ice baths and saunas, fuelled (of course) by EXALT smoothies and shots.
This wasn't just about hitting 1,000 days. It was about consistency, commitment, and community. The kind of dedication that inspires everyone around you to level up.
