Depending on the choice of plan, you will be sent a variety of drinks across the range to ensure you don't get bored. You can select from a mixture of whey and plant-based protein, and collagen.

As the plan is 'macro-complete' it gives your body all that it needs - providing a balance of carbohydrates, healthy fats and protein.
This also means it is safer to carry this plan over a longer length of time compared to a traditional juice cleanse which can be primarily just fruit juice.

This balance of macros provides a calories deficit that promotes sustainable weight loss without going into 'starvation mode' which risks any weight that is lost going straight back on. We are against yo-yo diets and promote sustainable, healthy weight loss.

Each product is made fresh to by hand in Islington, London without the use of any preservatives or pasteurisation to keep it super fresh.

- The protein smoothie range will arrive with a minimum of 7 days life and a max of 16.

- The cold-pressed juice & shot range will arrive with a minimum of 7 days (but usually this will be around 15 days).

The use-by date is on the neck of the bottle. Store them in the fridge below 5°C

The best thing about EXALT Life is that it's different from a typical juice cleanse because it's macro-complete with a healthy balance of protein, carbs, and good fats.

You aren't just drinking fruit juice 24/7 like with other brands, so you won't experience the usual side effects such as headaches or tummy issues.

You may feel a little hungrier than usual, but this will subside after day 2 or so. If you experience any issues, just let us know and we can help.

As the plan is nutritionally complete you can safely carry on until you are happy with the results vs a typical juice cleanse which would not be safe to carry on long term.

For longer plans of 7/14 days we'd advise having a break of a week in between.

A good routine? Kick things off with a shot, enjoy your protein smoothies around meal times, and use the juices as a refreshing pick-me-up or snack. Aim for one every 2-3 hours.

And if you're feeling too full for all 7 drinks, no worries—just drop one protein smoothie and save it for after you've completed the cleanse.

Your EXALT drinks are the freshest of the fresh - raw, cold-pressed, and packed with goodness. To keep this bottled burst of nature at its best, refrigerate immediately at below 5°C. The colder the better.
