What are the average macros/calories per day?
As the plan is 'macro-complete' it gives your body all that it needs - providing a balance of carbohydrates, healthy fats and protein.
This also means it is safer to carry this plan over a longer length of time compared to a traditional juice cleanse which can be primarily just fruit juice.

This balance of macros provides a calories deficit that promotes sustainable weight loss without going into 'starvation mode' which risks any weight that is lost going straight back on. We are against yo-yo diets and promote sustainable, healthy weight loss.

Yes! EXALT Life works brilliantly alongside GLP-1 medications, as it's macro-complete, providing a perfectly balanced blend of protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats in each bottle.

What is the shelf life of the drinks?
Each product is made fresh to by hand in Islington, London without the use of any preservatives or pasteurisation to keep it super fresh.

- The protein smoothie range will arrive with a minimum of 7 days life and a max of 16.

- The cold-pressed juice & shot range will arrive with a minimum of 7 days (but usually this will be around 15 days).

The use-by date is on the neck of the bottle. Store them in the fridge below 5°C
Are there any side effects of doing a juice cleanse?
The best thing about EXALT Life is that it's different from a typical juice cleanse because it's macro-complete with a healthy balance of protein, carbs, and good fats.

You aren't just drinking fruit juice 24/7 like with other brands, so you won't experience the usual side effects such as headaches or tummy issues.

You may feel a little hungrier than usual, but this will subside after day 2 or so. If you experience any issues, just let us know and we can help.
How often can I do a juice cleanse?
As the plan is nutritionally complete you can safely carry on until you are happy with the results vs a typical juice cleanse which would not be safe to carry on long term.

For longer plans of 7/14 days we'd advise having a break of a week in between.
Can I choose my start date?

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my delivery?

Our juice cleanse plan provides a good balance of protein, fats and carbs so that you can continue to exercise (even intense exercise) without the risk of muscle wastage due to the high protein content.

We advise 30-45 minutes of low to moderate-intensity activity on 5 days of the week for better results.
What order should I drink the drinks in?

As long as you enjoy 1 shot, 2 juices and 4 protein smoothies each day, you're golden.

Our only tip: steer clear of caffeine-based drinks (Morning Glory, Mighty Matcha & Higher Energy) after 5pm, unless you're planning to pull an all-nighter.

A good routine? Kick things off with a shot, enjoy your protein smoothies around meal times, and use the juices as a refreshing pick-me-up or snack. Aim for one every 2-3 hours.

And if you're feeling too full for all 7 drinks, no worries—just drop one protein smoothie and save it for after you've completed the cleanse.
How should I store the juices and smoothies?
Your EXALT drinks are the freshest of the fresh - raw, cold-pressed, and packed with goodness. To keep this bottled burst of nature at its best, refrigerate immediately at below 5°C. The colder the better.

Made fresh, they thrive in the chill, ensuring every sip is as nutrient-rich as nature intended. Check the expiry date to enjoy at peak deliciousness.

Drink 2 litres of sugar-free fluid daily — ideally water.

Diet soft drinks are fine also (no sugar)

Tea & Coffee are fine - no full fat (blue lid) milk, and for milk substitutes, use a fortified plant-based one.

No alcohol (sorry!)

Be careful with extra caffeine: HIGHER ENERGY & MORNING GLORY both contain caffeine. Need a pick me up? Try one of these first. Otherwise, 2 cups of coffee/tea per day max.
