I take vitamins collagen magnesium cod liver oil vi d & vid b12 - is this ok: Yup, that's fine - you can continue to take these supplements alongside our drinks. They are made from fresh whole foods ingredients - think of them more as food than supplements.
If i order the 11 smoothies Some are vegan some are protein ones so which do i take per dayis it either or? And do i have one instead of a meal? What else do i have to eat calorie wise other than the shake per day please ?: Hey Josie! Check out our EXALT Life protein juice cleanse which is available in 1,3,7 & 14 day plans. You can use this trial box as a mini cleanse by drinking 4 protein smoothies and 2 cold-pressed juice. As the protein smoothies are packed with protein and whole food ingredients they are naturally quite filling so some people find that 3 a day is plenty to keep them feeling full.
